<P>可是她竟發現立天對她監視，更搜集了不少她的私人資料，原來立天是保安公司的高級經理，而與浩良死在車中的女人，就是立天的太太。立天愛妻情深，不相信妻子方卓玲紅杏出牆，為了替愛妻洗脫水性楊花的污名，於是假扮浩良好友的身份接近子瑤，藉此調查卓玲與浩良的關係。然而在調查過程中，意外地發現有人要對子瑤不利，懷疑二人之死別有內情，極有可能是被人謀殺！立天更希望與子瑤聯手一起查出真相。另一方面，浩良昔日的上司若愚，熱心幫助子瑤重過新生活，並引薦她進入保險公司工作。程傲兒是子瑤的上司，對毫無經驗的子瑤要求十分苛刻。在一次保險訛騙案中，子瑤促使傲兒與分開多年的母親重修舊好，讓其病入膏肓的母親含笑而終。傲兒心裡感激子瑤解除了心結，漸生姊妹感情。 </P>

<IMG alt="" src="http://tvcity.tvb.com/drama/loveexchange/cast/images/castphoto_08.jpg" onload="attachimg(this, 'load')" border=0><BR>凌浩基 (Kay) - 林子善飾<BR>年齡：18<BR>身份：中學生<BR><BR>　　浩基父親於他幼年時已拋妻棄子，故對父親印象模糊。浩基自小與母親及哥哥浩良生活，由於失去父親榜樣，浩基便視浩良為祟拜對象，亦是他唯一的傾訴夥伴，兩兄弟感情深厚。雖然麗珠偶有偏心浩良，浩基都將不快收在心底，未有影響兄弟感情。直至浩良被警方指偷情而意外身亡，浩基彷彿失去了精神支柱，世界崩潰，無所倚靠，傷心難當，亦矛盾於發現一直視為偶像的哥哥，原來也有罪惡一面，令浩基的人生茫然失去方向。<BR>　　此時浩基遇上立天的小姨方卓盈。卓盈與姊夫立天關係惡劣，與浩基的處境相似，二人遂成好友。立天一直覺得浩基一事無成，反對卓盈與浩基來往。子瑤亦認為卓盈不適合浩基。兩小口不滿家人反對，竟決定雙雙離家出走！子瑤和立天方知事態嚴重，自覺管教太嚴反而出現反效果，於是決定交換管教。<BR>　　一次浩基被童黨欺負，立天以非常手段嚇退壞青年，浩基對立天刮目相看，立天教訓浩基，藉口多多卻一事無成！其實最要受保護的是他自己，要去面對恐懼，才可消滅恐懼！浩基猶如被當頭棒喝，覺立天的話有道理，從此暗暗崇拜立天，更重拾自信心。<BR>　　一天，浩基遇上了一個一直跟蹤自己的神秘男人，原來此人正是親生父親凌兆銘！兆銘鑑於拋妻棄子的內疚，更知悉長子已死，今日再遇幼子，戰戰兢兢，怕被嫌棄及拒絕。然而在兆銘的多番打動下，浩基終願意原諒兆銘，父子更瞞著麗珠來往，浩基重獲點點父愛。畢竟紙包不住火，麗珠終知此事，勃然大怒，一度禁止浩基再見兆銘，在子瑤與立天多番游說下，父子才再可團聚。<BR>　　然而，正當浩基以為可一家團聚，浩基與子瑤卻遇上離奇危險，浩基拼出男子氣慨，誓要保護嫂子，就在緊張關頭，兆銘挺身而出，救回子瑤與浩基，但兆銘卻因此命喪。浩基再次被上天奪去父愛，但父親在浩基心中，已永遠烙下了偉大慈愛的形象。<BR>

<IMG alt="" src="http://tvcity.tvb.com/drama/loveexchange/cast/images/castphoto_09.jpg" onload="attachimg(this, 'load')" border=0><BR>金森 -艾威飾<BR>年齡：45<BR>身份：便衣警察<BR><BR>　　金森自小便視當差為終生職業，全因糧期準福利高，中學畢業便考進學堂更與立天同班，金森在同儕中出盡九牛二虎之力表現自己，希望得到教官們的讚賞，奈何資質有限，風頭總被立天所蓋過，故對立天產生偏見。<BR>　　金森本心儀地產經紀方卓玲，一廂情願認為與卓玲情投意合，誰知立天因找尋居所而認識卓玲，卓玲一眼便愛上了立天，最後更結為夫婦。金森不覺自己只是自作多情，反而抱怨立天「遲來先上岸」，認定立天橫刀奪愛，一直耿耿於懷。由於立天表現出色，被派往G4部門，金森自覺愛情事業均不及立天，心裏更不是味兒，從此視立天為宿敵。<BR>　　金森接手調查卓玲死亡案件。卓玲被發現與凌浩良在車上因吸入過量一氧化碳身亡，更懷疑二人偷情關係。金森一直認為卓玲的死是意外，可是立天卻拒絕認同，更暗中冒認浩良舊同學，接近浩良之妻薛子瑤，希望查出事情的來龍去脈。金森警告立天勿多管閒事，但立天堅持己見，不查出真相不肯罷休。金森為公為私不讓立天逞英雄，二人間產生不少矛盾。立天憑著直覺判斷，再加上精密分析，果然查出浩良的死與保險公司洗黑錢有關。可是金森死無論如何也不肯認同立天。<BR>　　金森相信立天的推測，調查對象指向保險公司，因而認識了公司高層程傲兒。傲兒的瀟灑令金森著迷，後來得悉傲兒悲慘的童年，對傲兒由憐生愛。金森知道自己「情聖」的弱點，幾番告誡自己切勿對傲兒有非份之想，奈何按捺不住那顆躍動的心。金森的死纏爛打漸漸打動了傲兒的芳心，對金森漸生情愫，金森經歷多年來單戀的煎傲，終於撥開雲霧見青天，得到愛情的青睞。<BR><BR>

<IMG alt="" src="http://tvcity.tvb.com/drama/loveexchange/cast/images/castphoto_10.jpg" onload="attachimg(this, 'load')" border=0><BR>董仁和 -劉江飾<BR>年齡：60<BR>職業：建材／飲食集團老闆<BR><BR>　　仁和六十年代初由內地來港，身無分文，但憑著他的拼勁和人脈關係，漸漸在人稱遍地黃金的香港殺出一條血路，由最初的小本經營到發展成建材和飲食生意，賺取其第一桶金。雖然仁和自豪於自己能夠白手興家，但更多傳聞指他的家財是來自不見光的非法勾檔。的而且確，仁和透過他的人脈關係，收買賄賂，巧取豪奪，利用集團賺取天文數字的金錢和利益，再透過其得力助手徐若愚，將黑錢洗淨而逃避警方的追查，甚至派遣若愚到保險公司任職，透過各種投資渠道來清洗黑錢。而若愚憑著他的機智和聰穎，不單贏得仁和的信任，更贏得其女兒董詩婷的芳心。<BR>　　但礙於若愚與自己同流合污，幹著非法勾檔，仁和不想女兒情心錯而大表反對。奈何女兒對若愚一片痴心，仁和屢勸不果，無奈接受若愚這個非常女婿。但在仁和眼中，若愚本是自己手上一顆棋子，根本配不起自己的女兒，所以不單沒有加以提攜，反而希望女兒能夠擔起大旗接管自己的生意。<BR>　　當仁和發現若愚竟背著女兒偷情，怒不可遏。到若愚無奈默認時，更迫使對方跟自己女兒離婚，甚至將一切利益收回，要若愚一無所有！

[/u][/b]凌浩良與方卓玲在車廂內吸入一氧化碳而死，由於兩人對酒精及藥物呈陽性反應，警方遂判定兩人在偷情時意外死亡。浩良母親葉麗珠向來對新抱子瑤諸多挑剔，更將兒子之死推到子瑤身上，認為全因子瑤，浩良才搞婚外情。方卓玲丈夫饒立天不信妻子紅杏出牆，他假扮浩良舊同學，以便埋身調查凌家，希望找出線索。
在麗珠介紹之下，立天租了凌家隔壁的單位，並裝好偷拍器材。他發現子瑤早出晚歸賺錢養家，更不惜出賣嫁妝。他高價賣下子瑤的金器，又聽她訴苦，被乘車經過的麗珠發現。回家時子瑤收到一紮花，原來是浩良生前為兩人結婚三周年紀念而預早準備的，同時還備有一封信和一個電腦記憶體。在立天慫恿之下，子瑤去了立天家，發現記憶體收錄了一段浩良的道歉說話。
麗珠誤會子瑤和立天有染，於是大興問罪之師，反被立天指出子瑤如何為這個家犧牲。子瑤小叔凌浩基發現立天窗口的偷拍器材，他和子瑤遂闖入立天家中，立天於是坦承女死者是其妻，自己為查案才親近凌家。後來子瑤應立天之邀見面，子瑤取回電腦記憶體後，途中竟有賊人劫走記憶體，立天更認定事情不簡單。

天因不想傷害瑤一家，決定不公開真相。珠見瑤與天一同回家，以為天佔瑤便宜向他破口大罵，天忍不住把良殺死玲一事說出。瑤知道威沒有照顧好光，發現威夫婦又再吵架更鬧離婚，威更強行帶走光。瑤忍無可忍，把天拖至後巷以水淋醒他，天終接受現實重新做人。盈無意中得知玲是良所殺，要報警還玲一個公道，天與瑤努力阻止。天跟蹤源買成藥，得知威把光藏在源家；天勸威與妻子認真考慮兒子的撫養權問題。婷為愚整理衣服時，發現鈕扣補釘有分別，和得悉後私下派私家偵探調查愚。瑤到餐廳為愚送上計劃書，但遭陌生漢淋紅油。

瑤把九騙保險的罪證交出報警，成為了保險公司的每月之星。兒生日當天收到愚送的花及短訊，卻又遇愚與婷在餐廳吃飯。瑤提議森與兒相睇，兒爽快答應。兒見森行為趣怪，亦忍不住大笑，令瑤以為兩人會有發展機會。基終認回銘作父親，但珠對此事竟無異議。兒在約會後對瑤說出與森沒有感覺。兒把巨額保險單交給瑤跟進，原來是要雷霆保安公司護棺木上機。天負責此項工作，龍為天送上零食，源知龍對天仍有情意。天要在貨倉內看守棺材至天亮，瑤怕有閃失也主動留下陪伴。

第十四集 (17/7/2008) 星期四
天與瑤共處一夜後，大家也有心亂如麻的感覺。瑤獲升職為客戶經理，瑤感謝兒一直以來的幫助。森失戀後再度生病，天帶森到瑤家吃飯，瑤煮白粥給森吃盡顯愛心。森在天台向天說喜歡上瑤，天竟勸森不要自作多情。源勸龍放棄天，龍怪源多事。源惟有以嬉笑方式向龍示愛，龍卻全不在意。艷紅為想懷孕四出尋藥方，更因服藥過量而暈倒入院。兒本想送禮物給公幹回港的愚，但想起二人關係已結束終把禮物收回。愚坐的飛機遇上事故；愚來電報平安，婷往機場接愚給他驚喜，卻被她看見愚擁著另一個女人。婷託龍調查，得知竟是兒。

第十五集 (18/7/2008) 星期五
婷在派對上要兒上台為她與愚送上祝福，兒大感難堪，愚主動上台為兒解窘，兒甜在心頭。兒沒有上班，愚擔心上兒家，發現她喝酒吃藥自殘，大感心痛。婷想盡快安排愚入和集團工作，不欲他與兒日夕相對。愚找天為他擔任保安工作，要天保護一隻小狗；龍與天在村屋內負責保安工作，龍享受與天共處的時光，但始終不敢示愛。森主動陪瑤與珠去買菜，瑤見森熱氣送他花旗參片，森在天前炫耀；天感不快，竟把怨氣發洩於龍身上，指她弄壞瑤的禮物。天與瑤發現玲與良的遺物中，有證明兩人沒有婚外情的證據，遂懷疑二人是被謀殺。

第十六集 (21/7/2008) 星期一
婦科醫生Daniel主動見天，把苦戀玲之事向天說出，天才得知幸運星與紅酒都是Daniel所贈。珠與紅又因基起衝突，基到天台上扮作跳樓自殺，令紅與珠和解。婷將學校的保單轉交給瑤處理，更勸瑤以公司利益著想，瑤惟有接受。瑤看到兒的保單，懷疑有人利用保險公司洗黑錢；瑤向愚舉報，愚查電腦後指兒的保單原本的經手人是良。瑤向天說出良可能助人洗黑錢，更說保單的客人名字叫杜風，天想起森剛拘捕的疑犯。和心臟病發時愚送他入院，和見愚對自己忠心，決定讓愚著手計劃老人村項目。愚為此向兒提出暫不見面，兒大感失望。

愚不想失去兒而苦苦哀求，兒心軟答應等待他。森到風車房搜查檢獲數簿，但風拒絕說出誰是幕後黑手。瑤見兒在停車場大罵一婦人，更見該婦人不支暈倒把她送院。原來她是兒的母親娥，瑤勸兒到醫院探望患上癌症的娥，兒反應冷淡。天成功哄風妻子說出丈夫是幫和洗黑錢，更推測良是因想脫身而遭謀殺。天找愚幫忙搜集和的犯罪證據，愚一口拒絕，和在愚車內發現偷聽器，愚大為氣憤與天決裂。兒說謊騙愚上門找她，更拍下二人親熱照後找人交給和。和得悉二人姦情後大怒，不慎失足自樓梯處滾下，引致心臟病發。
