[color=#000000][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]根据《省物价局关于完善超限超载货物卸驳载有偿服务收费政策的通知》[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman][[/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]苏价服（[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]2006[/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]）[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]403[/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]号[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]][/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]文件精神，结合我市实际，经研究，现对治理公路超限超载货物指定卸驳载点的收费标准等问题通知如下：[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]一、货物卸驳载等服务收费标准：详见附件一；[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]二、货物卸驳载车辆停放服务收费标准：详见附件二。[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]三、上述服务收费标准只限于公安、交通等行政执法部门在治理公路超限超载中指定的货物卸驳载场点。[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]四、公安、交通等行政执法部门在治理公路超限超载中设定的货物卸驳载场点应按价格管理权限，报市、市（县）物价局、[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]“治超”办备案，未履行备案程序的不得收费。收费标准应严格按规定明码公示，并实行统一监制。[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]五、各治理公路超限超载中指定的货物卸驳载场点，对依法认定超限超载的车辆，应本着“自愿委托、有偿服务”的原则，严格按规定的收费标准执行，不得强制提供货物卸驳载、货物仓储保管和货物运输等服务，并在规定的收费标准以外加收其他费用。[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][/size][/font][/color]
